To ensure the continued growth of Ethereum, the Ethereum Foundation is actively identifying and filling gaps, both in improving the core technology and in enriching the Ethereum community.


About the Ecosystem Support Program

The EF’s Ecosystem Support Program (ESP) is the public facing allocation arm of the EF, providing grants and other forms of support to eligible projects working to improve Ethereum. ESP supports work that strengthens Ethereum’s foundations and enables future builders, such as developer tools, research, community building, infrastructure and open standards.


Your Mission:

Your mission will be assisting the ESP team at the EF with all things related to supporting our applicants and grantees. You will work to ensure that all applicants and grantees have a positive experience engaging with ESP.


Core responsibilities: 

ESP related activities:

  • Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones
  • Be a point of contact for our applicants and grantees, for any issues or concerns that come up throughout the process
  • Working with the team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Running daily and weekly reports on our ESP pipeline
  • Managing grantee engagement
  • Maintain and update data on multiple platforms


About you:

  • Diploma and/or bachelor’s degree
  • Familiar with Salesforce & Google Suite
  • Proficient in English, speaking, and writing
  • Have a valid passport and be able to travel
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Experience in customer service

  • Cross-cultural expertise, experience in working with international teams across various time zones
  • You take self-responsibility and initiative and possess a can-do attitude
  • Ability to coordinate multiple schedules and book meetings for others


Employment Details:

  • 3-month contract position with potential for hire.
  • Part-time, up to 15 hours per week with potential to increase hours  after 3 to 6 months depending on the volume of work. (preference for ability to work 2 - 3 hours per day rather than 2 full days per week).
  • This is a remote position, you will be working with different time zones (mostly North America & Europe)
  • Preferably located in North or South America to ease team coordination in America’s time zones
