About this Role:
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in defining and optimizing our revenue operations process. Collaborating closely with our operations, business development, and marketing teams, you will employ data and analytical mastery to measure and amplify sales performance, ensuring alignment of efforts and a seamless customer experience in the evolving world of zero-knowledge proofs.
What You’ll Do:
Sales Process Management: Define and manage the sales process across lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention. Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and propose recommendations for improvement on a continuous basis.
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Collaborate cross functionality to create and maintain financial models and forecasts aligned with revenue goals. Utilize insights to enhance pricing strategies and optimize revenue growth. Contribute to budget development, employ advanced analytics for accurate forecasting, and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting.
Data Analysis and Visualization: Proficient in data analysis techniques, with a strong ability to collect, organize, and evaluate large sets of data efficiently - particularly with regard to sales funnel analytics. Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide visibility into sales performance at different levels (individual, team, channel, etc.). Present data in a visually appealing and easily understandable format.
Industry Benchmarking: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in revenue operations, especially within the blockchain infrastructure ecosystem. Ensure RISC Zero’s RevOps function is industry leading.
Revenue Tech Stack Management: Oversee the implementation and management of sales tools and technologies, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, sales automation software, and data analytics platforms. Ensure that the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to maximize their productivity and effectiveness.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with operations, business development, and marketing teams to synchronize efforts and guarantee a cohesive customer journey. Offer training and support to colleagues on revenue operations best practices and tools.
Who You Are:
4+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field.
Has a strong understanding of standard business practices related to sales, channel, or customer success processes and systems - experience with projects improving these processes is a plus.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of leveraging data to enhance performance.
Experience producing complex reports from multiple data sets (Experience using data visualization tools a plus)
Proficiency with and experience with implementing sales and marketing tools, especially CRM systems such as Hubspot.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Capability to conduct insightful market and customer research.
Strong project and program management skills to implement cross functional change.
Self-starter with a keen attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with tight time constraints.
Able to manage ambiguity and shift priorities when needs change.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and continuously hone skills in the revenue operations domain.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related discipline.

What We Offer:
Salary: $160,000/yr - $200,000/yr
This role is remote with the ability to travel up to 20% for team ‘onsite’ meetings.
We have an Industrious co-working space in Seattle, with the flexibility to rent in other locations.
