Position: Senior Protocol Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Protocol Engineer to drive protocol development and research. If you’re passionate about blockchain and have a strong sense of ownership, we'd love to hear from you!

Own foundational design decisions related to core protocol components.

Implement and optimize Solana smart contracts and low level libraries in rust.

Collaborate closely with a small, highly effective team of senior engineers.

10+ years of experience as a software engineer.

Experience in smart contract development and deployment in production environments.

Extensive knowledge in blockchain protocol design and implementation (UTXO and account model, rollups, zero-knowledge proofs, Merkle trees, bridges).

In depth knowledge of programming languages (especially Rust and/or C++).

Extensive experience as an open-source contributor.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

High degree of agency and ownership.

Experience with blockchain technology and Solana.
