Position: Senior Protocol Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Protocol Engineer to drive protocol development and research. If you’re passionate about blockchain and have a strong sense of ownership, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Own foundational design decisions related to core protocol components.
  • Implement and optimize Solana smart contracts and low level libraries in rust.
  • Collaborate closely with a small, highly effective team of senior engineers.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as a software engineer.
  • Experience in smart contract development and deployment in production environments.
  • Extensive knowledge in blockchain protocol design and implementation (UTXO and account model, rollups, zero-knowledge proofs, Merkle trees, bridges).
  • In depth knowledge of programming languages (especially Rust and/or C++).
  • Extensive experience as an open-source contributor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High degree of agency and ownership.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with blockchain technology and Solana.
  • Experience in HPC.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in ZK technology.
